Curing Crohn’s is a story about my quest to heal from a number of diseases including Crohn’s disease, food addiction, and a number of other serious illnesses. I lived a fake lifestyle and lived on fake foods. Because of these things, I became seriously ill at a very young age. My health declined year after year until one day, the doctors told me that I would probably die young based on the list of growing health problems. I could barely make it out of bed each day, and the pains were often unbearable.

That was when I decided to take my health into my own hands and find a way to get better. I dedicated myself to the world of nutrition and found healing from not only Crohn’s disease, but all the other health problems I had. In this book, I explain my story, lay out the plan I created, and show how you can take control of your own health as well.

Do It Yourself

Tackle your own health challenges with this comprehensive digital guide to reversing IBD. This is the plan that I used to heal my own Crohn’s disease. This guide is broken down into three phases to walk you through how to heal from IBD. The first phase is a cleanse, and the next two phases will add foods back into the diet gradually. Let’s face it, cleansing can be hard. Especially when you can only eat certain kinds of foods. One of the biggest things my clients asked for was a recipe book with IBD friendly meals. So, I partnered with an awesome chef to come up with a cookbook with all kinds of meals to get you through the cleanse! These meals can be used throughout each phase of the cleanse, or you can enjoy them without trying to cleanse or reverse IBD.

The IBD Reversal Diet is a low-fat, high-carb, plant-based approach to eating with three main phases

Cleanse

With intestinal issues, one of the most important things to do is to cleanse the body with foods that will heal the intestinal lining. This means that forgoing certain foods for a period of time is necessary to get optimal healing.

Nourish

In phase 2, we start adding certain foods back in slowly so that the gut can get used to a heavier digestive load. The focus here is now to provide the body with all the right nutrients it needs to accelerate the healing.

Maintain

Maintenance is key to avoid flare-ups long term. In this phase, the focus is on building good habits and continuing to provide the body with the nutrients and right amount of calories the body needs to take care of itself.

I’m not going to lie, this type of diet is NOT for the faint of heart. But my clients tell me all the time that it is absolutely worth it! Check out what they have to say below!

My coaching program provides you with all the information you’ll need to heal with a dedicated guide to help you through the process.

I will work with you 1-on-1 to teach you what to do and how to do it. I will also show you how to maintain long-term health with your food and lifestyle choices.

My clients constantly tell me that this is the best investment they have ever made for themselves. People who follow through on this program typically report more energy, better bowel movements, eliminating flare-ups, and the reduced need for medications.

The IBD Reversal diet is a low-fat, high-carb, plant-based diet approach. It starts out with very simple, limited foods and then gradually adds in more complex, nourishing foods.

Health insurance is not accepted at this time. However, HSA or FSA plans will often cover or reimburse the expense.

Because each individual is different, I can’t make any guarantees about how long it will take to heal. For some, it takes 6 weeks. For others, it can take up to 6 months. Unlike other coaching programs, I’m not going to give up on you. If you want to heal, I’ll stick with you for as long as it takes. You are in control of your health, and I’m here to support you.

I’m not going to lie to you, this program is pretty tough at first. Many of my clients report having days where they want to quit and give up. But every single one has reported days when they felt the best they ever have.
